Foreign, non-Hungarian clergymen from the second half of the 14th century, who received the donation bull for vacant or sometimes non-vacant ecclesiastic possessions (bishopric, canon district...etc.) directly from the Papal court, or summoned their opponents in lawsuits to Rome - ignoring local law.
