Scalability Testing

The series of tests that one runs against the performance requirements
of a system is called performance testing. Such requirements for example
are those on the reaction speed, the data throughput, or the utilization
of the system, all under a given constant average load.

We focus our attention to the group of performance tests when we analyze
performance requirements due to continually increasing load. We label
this group of tests as scalability testing.

Our goal is to answer questions that can arise during scalability testing
